We are a growing local NDIS provider supporting 20+ participants with a team of 25+ dedicated support workers. Our workforce is intentionally community-based and relationship-focused.

What the Role Involves

Support work may include:

• Community access and engagement

• Daily living assistance

• Employment and education support

• Building independence skills

All roles are casual, flexible and aligned with participant needs across the Bathurst region.
