Locally owned and operated in Bathurst, Tempus Care supports 20+ NDIS participants with a team of 25+ dedicated support workers, guided by directors Lachlan and Rhe.

Lachlan Crompton -
Director

BBusiness (Accounting), BTeaching (Secondary)

Lachlan has spent over a decade working in Special Education, alongside four years in the financial securities industry. In that time, he has supported large student cohorts and stepped into leadership roles including relieving Head of Support Unit at Bathurst High Campus, always focused on helping young people feel capable and supported.

Caring for his father through early onset dementia profoundly shaped his path. Seeing the daily challenges families face inspired him to create Tempus Care — a service built on empathy, advocacy and the belief that everyone deserves the chance to live a meaningful life.

Today, Lachlan works closely with families, the NDIS and community partners to secure funding, build confidence, and create genuine pathways into education, employment and community life.

Rheannah Crompton -
Operations Manager

Rhe brings over nine years of experience in education and plays a critical leadership role behind the scenes at Tempus Care.

With a strong background in structure and organisation, Rhe oversees systems, onboarding, compliance and record management to ensure the highest standard of care delivery. She has helped refine internal processes and strengthen operational systems as the organisation has grown.

While much of her work happens behind the scenes, Rhe’s attention to detail and commitment to quality underpin the reliability and consistency that Tempus Care is known for.
