Our Vision

At Tempus Care, our vision is simple: remain a provider you can trust.

We intentionally choose not to become a large, impersonal organisation. We believe meaningful support happens when you truly know the people you work with. With just over 20 active participants across Bathurst, we understand their stories, their goals and what helps them succeed.

Our focus is on empowering individuals to explore what they are capable of. Many participants come to us feeling unsure, withdrawn or disconnected. Through consistent and respectful support, we help build confidence, independence and stronger community engagement.

As we grow, we will continue to prioritise quality over scale. We aim to strengthen personalised disability support in Bathurst, explore future housing opportunities and expand services in ways that protect the integrity of care.

Trust, consistency and genuine connection remain at the core of everything we do.
